Win Li, is located south of downtown on Route 13 (near the McDonald’s). Win Li is the largest and has a very big selection of fresh Asian vegetables including pea sprouts and has seasonally fresh fish in tanks. Ithaca Tofu has a good selection of fruit and vegetables and many Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Korean sauces. Tong Fang caters much more to the college crowd and stocks a large array of teas and instant noodles. It is located right across from the intersection of Buffalo and Eddy streets.

AJ’s Delights: Located in the Triphammer Mall not far from Collegetown Bagels and Appetizers this little deli is a real treasure. You can find many homemade treats: halvah and Russian potato salad and eggplant and beet salads to name a few. They have frozen foods and many types of sausages and cured meats, most from NYC. They are happy to give samples and cater your parties.

Regional Access is a wholesale and retail market selling much of their goods in bulk. Founded in 1988 by Gary Redmond, this company supports local food producers though they also go to NYC once a week to buy "culinary treasures" from around the world. You can buy anything from local organic produce and meat, to exotic meats. kosher foods, organic grains and dried fruits, asian foods, sorbets and chocolates. Located in Trumansburg they cater to restaurants as well as individuals all over New York. They have recently moved to their new location at 1609 Trumansburg Road in Ithaca which is next door (North side ) to the Ithaca Antiques Mall. You need to call and place your order on Monday for a Friday pick-up or delivery, and it’s all done by phone or fax. To order from them call 607-319-5150 and they will email you their latest catalogue which is updated every week. The catalogue now stands at 71 pages and it’s a wonderful activity for food lovers just to brouse through all the offerings. Some items need to be bought in bulk but others can be purchased by the pound. You need to read the catalogue carefully to figure out the minimum order for each item.
